- home-made jam and honey from the local area
- yoghurt from the region and Bircher muesli with seasonal fruits
- Sunday plaited loaf and breads from the local bakery with delicious Valais butter
- Rösti, bacon and eggs
- a selection of sausage varieties, "Bärghamma", bacon and house sausage
- hot meatloaf
- a selection of juices, coffee, tea and milk drinks
Each Sunday brunch is accompanied by Ländler music.
