All rates are in CHF and include VAT.
The ski pass rates are for guest card holders. You will receive your guest card upon arrival in the hotel, in the tourist office, at the cable car stations or your accommodation provider.
For non-guest card holders, a 15% surcharge applies (for ski passes for a minimum 2 days).

- SBB RailAway special offer: 6-day ski pass including train ride - available at all train stations
- photos must be provided on ski passes for a minimum 2 days - those photos are taken at the ticket counters
- tickets of a minimum 3 days can be extended

The new SiSU kids center is located downstairs from the Hannigalp mountain restaurant and provides professional care and entertainment for your children.
Rates and opening hours
Enjoy the stunning winter scenery safe in the knowledge that your kids are having fun and are being taken good care of. Please note: no advance booking is required for children under 2 years of age.
5-rides tickets are valid for 1 year.
No refunds are possible.

Important information
Valid: D: The ski pass is personal and cannot be handed to others. 1/2 day tickets, day tickets, season tickets are valid only until end of ski season.
Lost tickets can be replaced for a fee of CHF 20.00.
Refunds: Refunds can be granted only on ski passes for a minimum duration of 3 days. In order to be eligible for a refund, the owner of the pass must provide proof of illness or accident. The ski pass must be handed back to the place where it was acquired (except 5 day passes). Refunds (minus a service fee) start on the day the pass is handed back (11 am at the latest). Accompanying persons will not be granted refunds. Refunds will not be granted in case of adverse weather, fog, avalanches, unplanned premature departures etc. In cases of adverse weather and similar natural conditions it is possible that cable cars stop completely. There is no refund on expired multiple journey tickets.
Misuse of ski passes: Any kind of misuse of ski passes will lead to the ski pass becoming invalid. No refund will be granted in such cases. We reserve the right to a fine of CHF 100.00 as well as legal measures.
Ski pass control system: electronic control system. Please make sure you use the control system as required and follow instructions by the lift staff. Ski passes must be presented if requested by the lift staff. Occasional checks in the ski resort are possible.
Liability: The ski resort is not responsible for a skier’s actions. Do not stay outside marked pistes under any circumstances. Make sure not to venture into nature reserves. Please adhere to the official rules and regulations. Tobogganing is not allowed on the pistes.
Curfew: Please take note of the official opening hours. The pistes are closed outside opening hours and dangers such as avalanche detonations and vehicles on the piste may present themselves. Mortal danger!
